Here is an Update on my progress since I had my Gastric Band Surgery at the Hospital in Le Havre France, on March 12th 2014

5 months ago I weighed 21 stone 3lb.I now weigh 15 stone 10lb.

I have lost 5 stone 7 lbs so far Which means that I am nearly 4 dress sizes smaller.

This picture is of a top that used to be tight on me :-)

I still have a long way to go but I am confident that I will get there now.
